Williams Painting has served as the Boot'Legg Trails Title Sponsor since 2004 and continues to fulfill that role today. Williams Painting has supported the Trail financially in various ways to include providing FREE T-Shirts to not only the Staff Members, but to participating anglers who have fished within the Boot'Legg Trail as well. They have also assisted with providing the Trail with supplies & equipment as well as volunteering their services at the weigh ins. Williams Painting is located in the City of Newport News, where it is owned and operated by our very own Tournament Director, James Williams.

Bass Jons "Share the Knowledge"

Bass Jons has been the Leader and the HEART BEAT of Bass Fishing Knowledge within the Tidewater Area. There is nowhere else that an Angler can go, within Tidewater to gain Local and Personal fishing knowledge. The Bass Jons website has brought many Anglers and Clubs within Tidewater together. Because of their efforts to be gracious to the Anglers in the area, they have made this place a Home for ALL Anglers come to. Through the use of the Internet and the Bass Jons website, it has allowed fellow anglers who have left the area to continue staying in touch and continue "Sharing the Knowledge" Bob Bullen - the Founder of Bass Jons, President & their Web Administrator has extended his resources to the Boot'Legg Trail by creating a Sub-Domain for our Boot'Legg website. With that, it basically creates more of a "One-Stop Web Surf Shop for Fishing Knowledge" The Boot'Legg Trail has become an affiliate with the Bass Jons Organization.

We will not limit our options should Sponsors decide to pursue us, so long as there's no conflict of interest and both parties are in total agreement. The Boot'Legg Trail is Open for Sponsorship with the understanding that we are not in the business of handling or accepting any type of currency for gain; profit is not our goal. We would prefer to see our Sponsors provide assistance with the Boot'Legg Trail. There are many different ways to satisfy some of the needs within the Boot'Legg Trail...
