| Because the Boot'Legg Trail is not a Club, Organization or an Association, the Board Members have been appointed by their own right in order to establish and conduct the Boot'Legg Trail and its Tournamnet Events. Should it be deemed necessary at a later time and date, for the integrity of the Boot'Legg Trail, other Board Members will be assigned. The Board of Members shall have the power to impeach any Officer of their duties for just cause. Such impeached Officer shall have the right to appeal. |
