| There were 16 Teams that participated on this day. Although the weather was nice, it was somewhat windy and the lake was quite murky. Most of the fish were caught on Soft Plastics and a few on Spinnerbaits. There were also a lot of fry being seen, but with the water coloration, it made it difficult to utilize this pattern. Many of the Bucks protecting the fry wouldn’t show themselves; staying out of sight of the anglers and not biting. Seeing the bigger fish being weighed, it is obvious that there were no big females caught. Several new faces came to the Top of the ranks on this day, instead of the usual winners. We had the team of Tommy Clark & Robert Jensen rise to the occasion today, taking the Top Spot. Coming in 2nd Place were Dave Prescott & Jim Grigonis, closely followed by Fred Randall & Mike Dickenson. The team of Chris Woodfin and his little son Ben Woodfin took Big Fish Honors for the day.
