Today the weather was absolutely perfect; low 80s, wind out of the North 5 - 25mph and Water Temps at 79-degrees. Bass Jons fielded 11 teams on this Labor Day weekend, which was probably expected. There was a mixed bag of results, with the Top 3 bringing in the only limits for the day. Alex Bauder & Jon Guzman had an exceptional day in comparison to the other teams, weighing in 14lbs 2oz. The Lunker of the Day went better than 6lbs, brought in by the 2nd Place team of Jim Gerdes & Scott Waterman. Soft Plastics ruled the day for most of the anglers, but Alex & Jon caught their fish using Spinnerbaits. The primary pattern was to fish tight to cover; be it a lay down, clump of grass or floating stick. Below are the Bass Jons Tournament Results & Photos.
